**To help ensure a room for a school year, we suggest payment of the housing fees when you apply.
Parking
| Resident Parking : $200/per year, $120/per semester |
| Non-Resident Parking : $240/per year, $150/per semester. |

Payment Programs
This plan assumes the student will reside at On-Campus Housing for the duration of the Fall and Winter Semesters. If a student moves out or terminates their residency, he or she will forfeit all money paid to On-Campus Housing and will be required to pay any outstanding fees.
**The resident must been approved for a Student Loan, the payment plan contract document together with proof of Loan acceptance maybe used to defer the student’s payment until the day that the Student Loan is awarded in September.

Short Term Stay (**Summer Only)

We accommodate group bookings during the summer (from May until mid-August) on a first come, first serve basis. (confirmation depends upon the number of rooms we have available at the time).
**Short-term residents now must pay the application fee $45. and have a Visa or MasterCard number for a damage deposit.

$25.00 per night/per person (minimum stay of two nights)
*50% of total required upon applying as a deposit, and remainder due no later than 2 weeks before check in*
Linen Package $10 (per week)
(Linen Package includes: 1 pillow, pillow case, 2 bed sheets, 1 blanket, 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel and a floor mat).
**Parking is included with all Short-Term bookings.
