Academic Housing Rates
Rooms are booked by the academic school year (September to April) until July 5th. If we have rooms available after the deadline, we will then rent by the semester.
In order to apply for housing the application and security deposit fees are required.
- Application Fees: $50
- Security Fees: $275
Early arrival fees are $20 per night. Please contact the office for the check-in dates. Any late payment will be subject to an over-due fee.
Cancellation fees will apply.

Student Loan Program (Plan C)
This plan assumes the student will reside at On-Campus Housing for the duration of the academic school year and will be approved for a student loan. If a student moves out or terminates their residency, he or she will forfeit all monies paid to On-Campus Housing and will be required to pay any outstanding fees. The student loan contract must be signed. It is available on our web-site or we can fax it to you.

Summer monthly housing fees are due as follows:
Note: August storage is only available for student who have paid for the following academic school year.
- May rent is due April 1st.
- June rent is due May 1st.
- July rent is due June 1st.
- August rent is due July 1st.
Summer Short-Term / Groups
Starting from May long weekend until August 15th
Group Bookings:
Once the total amount has been agreed upon, a security deposit of 50% is required upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled, a charge of one night per room will apply. Canceling 30 days or sooner to the arrival date, all of the security deposit will be forfeited. A credit card number is required for a damage deposit. If there are any damages to any of the rooms, the amount of the damages will be deducted from the damage deposit credit card.
Payment Method:
Cash, interact, Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check and a Money Order. On-Campus Housing has the right to change any rate without notice. HST tax may apply.
